There is deliberately no contact form here. A form means storing what you typed; an email address means you keep your own copy and we hold nothing we do not need.

Especially worth writing about

• A project that does not work. Something missing from the list, a quantity that looks wrong, a step that does not follow. Tell us which project and what went wrong and we will fix it — this is the most useful message we get.
• An advertisement behaving badly. Covering the method, pushing the page around, playing sound. That is a bug and we want to know.
• Anything about your data. Covered on our privacy page, but ask if it is unclear.
